You will need to have an account to place orders with us.
Acceptance of Orders
Possession of this catalog or a price list does not constitute an offer to sell.
All accounts must complete a Down To Earth Distributors, Inc. (Down To Earth) Sales Agreement and provide
copies of tax exemption and state licenses, and /or permits.
Minimum Order
$250 minimum opening order, with a $250 minimum reorder.
Orders must be placed in multiples of the minimum order quantity per item.
Payment Information
All major credit cards, company check and ACH (upon approval) are accepted.Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.
Lead Times
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Lead times may be extended during peak seasons.
Sales Terms Summary
- Net 30 days upon credit approval.
- Credit Card accounts are welcome, (pay as you order with credit card)
- Past due accounts are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge.
- FOB Eugene, Oregon.
- Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, company check, and ACH (upon approval).
- $35 fee for returned checks.
Shipping Information
All orders ship from our warehouse in Eugene, Oregon. Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and destination. Available shipping methods include UPS/FedEx Ground, LTL/Truckload, Down To Earth Truck Service, and collect shipments. Please contact your sales representative for complete shipping policies.
Back Order Policy
In-stock items ship on the requested ship date. Unavailable items will be placed on back order unless otherwise specified. Customers will be notified when back-ordered items are available, at which time back orders may be modified or canceled.
Return Policy
- All returns must be pre-authorized.
- Items ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus inbound and outbound freight charges.

Items must be in sellable condition with no price tags attached and properly packaged.

Broken returns will not receive credit.
Inspection & Damage Claims

Shipments must be inspected upon receipt. .

Visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the BOL/delivery receipt at time of delivery to qualify for credit.

Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of shipment receipt. Late claims will not be accepted.
Product Variations
Handcrafted products may vary in color, texture, and finish. These variations are not considered defects.

Will Call & Freight Collect Shipments
All claims must be filed directly by the customer with the carrier.
Third Party Marketplace Policy
Resale on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Etsy, and eBay) is not permitted. Authorized dealers only.
